Dr. Reggie Triplett

Dr. Triplett was raised in Charleston, WV and is a graduate of George Washington High School.  He achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College in 1993.  He completed medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He then completed an Osteopathic Internship at CAMC in 1999 then completed residency in Internal Medicine in 2002 at WVU School of Medicine - CAMC division. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the ABIM and focuses his practice in outpatient Adult Primary Care Medicine.  He opened the practice of Mountain State Medicine and Rheumatology with his wife in 2005.  In his free time, Dr. Triplett enjoys Racquet Sports, Golf, spending time in the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family and pets.

Dr. Leah Triplett

Dr. Leah Triplett is a proud West Virginia native. She completed her B.S. in Biology at Marshall University and later graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Dr. Triplett completed her Internal Medicine Residency at CAMC-WVU School of Medicine in 2003. She completed her Rheumatology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina in 2005 in Adult Rheumatology. Currently, she is board certified in Rheumatology and focuses her practice in Adult Rheumatological Care. She started Mountain State Medicine and Rheumatology with her husband in 2005. Dr. Triplett enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time with her dog in her free time.

Kara Dravenstott, FNP-BC

Kara Dravenstott joined Mountain State Medical and Rheumatology in 2016. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She received her undergraduate degree from West Viriginia University – Montgomery and completed her graduate education at Marshall University. Kara was born and raised in WV and currently resides in Fayette County with her husband and son. Outside of work Kara enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling. She looks forward to helping you meet all of your health care needs.
