EMERGENCY: In the event of a Medical Emergency we encourage our patients to utilize the closest Urgent care or Emergency Room facility.
Appointments
Office consultations and visits are scheduled by appointment and physician referral only. We make an effort to adhere to our schedule; however, there may be unavoidable delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Any appointments that are not confirmed within 24 hours prior to the appointment time may be subject to cancellation, so that another patient may be given that appointment time. If you arrive late for your scheduled visit, you may be asked to reschedule. Patients will be charged a $50 fee for a no show appointment which must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Frequent no-show visits may result in discharge from the practice.
Scheduling Tests
All tests will be pre-certed by our referral coordinator with your insurance company if required. Please make our staff aware if insurance requires special handling as it is your responsibility to follow guidelines established by your insurance company. Please allow 7 to 10 days for tests to be scheduled. If you do not receive notification of your appointment within 7 to 10 business days, please contact the referral coordinator.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions and refills will be issued during office hours only. Our office prefers to prescribe and refill medications during normal business hours. You are encouraged to refill prescriptions during your visit. Please have your pharmacy eprescribe your requests for prescription renewals. Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be phoned into the pharmacy.
